NYSE American LLC Proposes Rule Change to Amend Clearly Erroneous Executions Rule

NYSE American LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to amend Rule 7.10E, which governs clearly erroneous executions. The amendment is in response to the Commission's approval of Overnight Protected Bands for 23/5 Trading and aims to update the process for reviewing transactions that may be clearly erroneous. The proposed change is expected to become operative at the commencement of 23/5 Trading, scheduled for December 6, 2026.
