Zipalertinib plus chemotherapy shows survival benefit in lung cancer trial

Taiho Oncology, Inc., Taiho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Cullinan Therapeutics, Inc. announced that zipalertinib combined with chemotherapy demonstrated a 6-month median progression-free survival benefit in the REZILIENT3 Phase 3 trial for first-line EGFR Exon 20 insertion mutation non-small cell lung cancer.
