EET Retail acquires SGN Retail, expanding its UK forecourt network

EET Retail has acquired SGN Retail, a leading independent forecourt network in the UK. This acquisition is part of EET Retail's strategy to build a nationwide, vertically integrated platform of 800 sites, aiming to deliver competitive fuel prices for UK motorists. The transaction is funded through a combination of cash and a new £250 million senior debt facility.
