Dell Technologies Subsidiaries Complete $4 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Dell International L.L.C. and EMC Corporation, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Dell Technologies Inc., completed a public offering of $4 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes. This includes $1.25 billion of 5.100% Senior Notes due 2029, $1.25 billion of 5.400% Senior Notes due 2031, and $1.5 billion of additional notes.
