SEC extends review period for NYSE American LLC's proposed rule change to Company Guide

The Securities and Exchange Commission has issued a notice designating a longer period for action on proceedings to determine whether to approve or disapprove a proposed rule change by NYSE American LLC to amend Sections 1003 and 1009 of its Company Guide.
