VerifyMe and OpenWorld Complete Merger, Shares to Trade as OPNW on Nasdaq

VerifyMe, Inc. and OpenWorld, Inc. have finalized their business combination, forming a new tokenization platform for digitizing real-world assets. The merged entity will operate as OpenWorld, with its shares commencing trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “OPNW” at market open on October 1, 2026. Matthew Shaw has been appointed Chairman and CEO of the combined company.
