H2O America Completes $540 Million Acquisition

H2O America, through its indirect subsidiary SJWTX, Inc., completed an acquisition for a base purchase price of $540 million, subject to customary purchase price adjustments. The company issued a press release announcing the closing of the transactions on October 1, 2026.
