S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces Multiple Index Changes, Including Vylor and Twilio Joining S&P 500
S&P Dow Jones Indices announced several changes to its S&P 500, S&P MidCap 400, and S&P SmallCap 600 indices. Vylor Inc. (NYSE: VYLR) was added to the S&P 500 on October 1, replacing Corteva Inc (NYSE: CTVA) following a spin-off. Corteva will move to the S&P MidCap 400, and Olin Corp (NYSE: OLN) will replace Qorvo, Inc (NASD: QRVO) in the S&P SmallCap 600. Additionally, Twilio Inc. (NYSE: TWLO) will replace Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. (NASD: WBD) in the S&P 500, with Formfactor Inc. (NASD: FORM) replacing Twilio in the S&P MidCap 400, and Workiva Inc. (NYSE: WK) replacing Formfactor in the S&P SmallCap 600, all effective prior to the opening of trading on Tuesday, October 6.
