Professional Diversity Network Appoints Yiran Gu as Chief Executive Officer

Professional Diversity Network, Inc. (IPDN) has appointed Yiran Gu, the company's current Chief Financial Officer, to serve as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 2, 2026. Gu will continue in her CFO role until a successor is appointed. The board determined not to renew the appointment of Xun Wu as CEO following the expiration of his term. Gu's employment agreement is for 12 months with an aggregate annual base compensation of $300,000 for both offices.
