NYSE Files Rule Changes for Expanded Trading Hours and Market-Wide Circuit Breakers

The NYSE has filed notices of filing and immediate effectiveness for proposed rule changes to amend Rule 7.12-E and Rule 7.12. These changes concern the resumption of trading following a Level 3 Market-Wide Circuit Breaker halt, in connection with the industry's expansion of trading hours to 23 hours per day.
