Fujitsu Launches Trial Environment for AI Agents to Enhance Retail Operations

Fujitsu Limited announced it is beginning to offer a trial environment for four AI agents and their execution platform, designed to improve retail store operations and management decision-making. The company will also conduct demonstration experiments with seven retail companies. The official launch of these AI agents is scheduled for June 2027.
