Beam Global to acquire drone technology company ScoutDI, creating a vertically integrated US drone platform

Beam Global has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ScoutDI, a drone technology company specializing in AI-enhanced software and drone systems for industrial asset inspection. The acquisition, valued at approximately $24.0 million in cash and stock, aims to create a vertically integrated U.S. drone platform for industrial and defense markets. The transaction is expected to close in November 2026.
