Centene Corporation to redeem $568.6 million of 4.25% Notes due 2027

Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) announced it delivered a notice of redemption to redeem all of the remaining $568,664,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 4.25% Notes due December 15, 2027. The redemption date is set for October 23, 2026. Following the redemption, no 2027 Notes will remain outstanding. The redemption price is 100% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest.
