Avient Corporation Appoints Mike Frank as CEO and Richard Fearon as Non-Executive Chairman

Avient Corp (NYSE: AVNT) announced the immediate appointment of Mike Frank as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Dr. Ashish Khandpur. Concurrently, Richard Fearon was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of the Board. Dr. Khandpur will remain in an advisory capacity through the end of 2026 to facilitate a smooth leadership transition.
