Uzbekistan and Oman's Voltamp Energy plan solar plants and transformer production
Uzbekistan and Oman's Voltamp Energy have agreed to advance existing and new projects, including the construction of solar power plants and the manufacturing of high-voltage transformers. This agreement follows a meeting between Uzbekistan's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Voltamp Energy's chairman, Sayyid Aymen Al Busaidi, during the Investors Council for the fuel and energy sector on October 16 in Tashkent. The cooperation aims to expand bilateral energy industry collaboration and aligns with Uzbekistan's goals to boost renewable energy and domestic power infrastructure manufacturing.
