SSR Mining to Acquire Roxmore Resources for C$6.75 Per Share

SSR Mining has reached an agreement to acquire Roxmore Resources for C$6.75 per share in cash, plus shares in a new exploration SpinCo. The deal, which includes Roxmore's Converse project with an estimated 5.2 million ounces of gold near SSR's Marigold mine, is expected to close in Q4 2026, pending shareholder and court approval. This acquisition could significantly expand SSR Mining's gold reserves.
