NTT Group and Partners Accelerate Development of Mass-Production Technologies for Photonics-Electronics Convergence Devices

NTT, Inc., NTT Innovative Devices Corporation, Japan Semiconductor Corporation, Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd., and SHINKO ELECTRIC INDUSTRIES CO., LTD. announced that their joint R&D proposal, led by NTT Innovative Devices, has been selected under the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO)'s Research and Development Project. This initiative focuses on accelerating mass-production technologies for photonics-electronics convergence devices to support next-generation AI computing.
