Shimadzu Corporation, through its corporate venture capital fund, the Shimadzu Future Innovation Fund, has invested in Kinish Inc. Kinish is a food-tech startup focused on developing next-generation dairy products using plant molecular farming technology, including expressing milk protein casein in rice. Shimadzu will support Kinish's R&D and collaborate on advanced analytical evaluation and quality control methods.
