Northern Trust Corporation Appoints Rima Qureshi to Board of Directors

Northern Trust Corporation announced the appointment of Rima Qureshi as a new director to its Board of Directors, effective October 20, 2026. Ms. Qureshi will also serve as a director of The Northern Trust Company, the corporation's principal subsidiary, and has been appointed to the Board's Risk Committee and Technology and Operations Committee.
