Hilton to Move Stock Listing to Nasdaq, Appoints New Chief Technology Officer

McLean-based Hilton (NYSE: HLT) announced its decision to transfer its stock listing to the Nasdaq Stock Market. Concurrently, the company also revealed the appointment of Jeff Moore as its new chief technology officer. Moore previously served as vice president of software engineering at Uber Technologies Inc. and held leadership roles at Amazon.com Inc. and Anheuser-Busch Cos. LLC. Hilton stated that this transfer will not alter its business strategy, capital allocation, or other operational aspects.
