Zymeworks Reveals Promising Early Data for Ovarian Cancer Drug Candidate

Zymeworks Inc. presented new Phase 1 clinical data for its ZW191 antibody-drug conjugate at the ESMO Congress 2026. The data showed compelling anti-tumor activity in heavily pretreated platinum-resistant ovarian cancer patients, with a 64.5% objective response rate at the 6.4 mg/kg dose. The median duration of response was not yet reached, and the drug demonstrated a favorable tolerability profile, supporting further clinical development.
