EQT Corporation to Acquire Range Resources in All-Stock Transaction Valued Over $50 Billion, Creating North America's Leading Natural Gas Company

EQT Corporation and Range Resources Corporation announced a definitive merger agreement where EQT will acquire Range in an all-stock transaction. This combination is expected to create America's largest natural gas company with a pro forma enterprise value exceeding $50 billion, boasting over 9 Bcfe/d of net production and more than 30 years of inventory.
