HF Sinclair Appoints Steve Ledbetter as CEO and President, Effective January 1, 2027

HF Sinclair Corporation (NYSE: DINO) has appointed Steve Ledbetter as its new Chief Executive Officer and President, effective January 1, 2027. Ledbetter, currently the president and chief operating officer, will succeed Franklin Myers, who will remain CEO through the transition and then serve as executive chairperson until the planned separation of the company's Lubricants & Specialties business segment is completed. The appointment is part of a leadership succession plan and coincides with the proposed business separation.
