Affle to Acquire Perion Network for $420 Million

Affle 3i Limited has agreed to acquire Perion Network Limited for approximately $420 million in an all-cash transaction, with shareholders receiving $11.70 per share. Perion's board has unanimously approved the deal, which is anticipated to close in early 2027, pending regulatory and shareholder endorsements. This acquisition will lead to Perion's delisting from Nasdaq and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
