Marubeni Corporation announces progress in its share repurchase program, having repurchased 1,003,900 shares for an aggregate amount of 4,884,367,400 yen in October 2026.

This update follows a resolution made at the Board of Directors' Meeting on August 3, 2026, to repurchase up to 40 million shares or 100 billion yen by March 31, 2027. The total shares repurchased under this resolution now stand at 6,558,600 for 32,586,067,800 yen.
