Sandvik Completes Acquisition of ThoroughTec Simulation, Expanding Mining Offerings

Sandvik has finalized the acquisition of ThoroughTec Simulation, a South Africa-based provider of equipment simulators and simulator-based training for the global mining industry. ThoroughTec will be integrated into Sandvik's Parts and Services division within its Mining business area. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to Sandvik's EBITA margin.
