Bank Respublika acquires 100% of AccessBank shares, marking completion of strategic transaction

Bank Respublika and AccessBank announced the successful completion of a strategic transaction where Bank Respublika acquired all shares of AccessBank. Former AccessBank shareholders received newly issued preference shares in Bank Respublika. This transaction is a significant step towards a legal and operational merger, aiming to create one of Azerbaijan's largest banks under the Bank Respublika brand.
