Police Investigate Organized Pickpocketing at Toronto Premium Outlets

Halton Regional Police are investigating organized pickpocketing operations targeting shoppers at Toronto Premium Outlets. Since November 2025, over 70 cellphones have been reported stolen, with 45 theft reports in 2026 alone. Authorities are seeking three suspects and have issued public advisories on preventative measures to address this ongoing safety concern for visitors.
