Three detainees at the Bowie County jail in Texarkana, Texas, have been charged with escape after allegedly using fabric scraps from blankets to pick cell door locks on June 15. The inmates gained access to a secure hallway but did not manage to escape the facility. The lock issue has since been fixed, and the men remain in custody facing additional charges.
