Hubbard, Oregon, Gas Leak Evacuation Concludes

An evacuation order in Hubbard, Oregon, prompted by a gas leak near Thomas Way and 8th Street, has been lifted. NW Natural Gas crews were on site to address the incident, which initially led to an Everbridge alert for residents.
