Freight Train Derails Near Philadelphia, Temporarily Closing Schuylkill Expressway

Seven cars of a CSX freight train derailed early Monday morning near the South Street Bridge in the Philadelphia area. The derailment prompted a temporary shutdown of a stretch of the Schuylkill Expressway. Emergency response is underway to manage the incident and clear the tracks.
