Arkansas State Police Probe Fatal Officer-Involved Shooting in Mena

An individual, Shawn Henry Allen Dickens, died following an officer-involved shooting in Mena, Arkansas, after a physical altercation with a Mena Police officer and allegedly reaching for a handgun.
