New York State Trooper Fatally Shoots Man During Campground Incident

A New York State Trooper fatally shot a man at a Greene County campground after the individual allegedly pointed what appeared to be a handgun at the officer. Troopers had responded to a reported assault prior to the incident. The event is currently under investigation by the New York State Attorney General's Office and State Police.
