Toronto Police Identify Second Victim in Burning Vehicle Homicides

Toronto police have identified the second of two men found dead inside burning vehicles at opposite ends of the city last week. Both victims, Mohamud Kheyre, 30, and Marcus Charles, 32, suffered fatal gunshot wounds before the fires. Investigators have not yet connected the two homicides or identified any suspects, and the public is urged to provide information.
