Suspect Arrested in Deadly "Racist Terrorist Attack" Near Paris

French authorities are investigating a shooting in the towns of Trappes and La Verrière, near Paris, as a "racist terrorist attack" after a gunman killed one person and wounded five others, including a 12-year-old girl. A 39-year-old suspect was arrested, found with a submachine gun and tear-gas grenades, and his flat was reportedly booby-trapped.
