U.S. Departments of Education and Health and Human Services Launch New School Safety Grant Program

The U.S. Departments of Education (ED) and Health and Human Services (HHS) have launched the School Safety Enhancement program for Fiscal Year 2026. This new competitive grant program aims to bolster school safety and infrastructure security by implementing best practices and aligning federal funding with state goals to ensure students are safe in their learning environments.
