Tennessee Institutions Introduce Guaranteed Transfer Admissions Program

East Tennessee State University and Northeast State Community College have collaborated to establish a new guaranteed admissions program called 'Bears to Bucs.' This initiative is designed to simplify the transfer pathway for community college students aiming to earn a bachelor's degree at ETSU.
