Telangana School Education Department Postpones School Reopening to June 15

All government and private schools in Telangana, India, will now reopen on Monday, June 15, 2026, instead of the previously announced date of Friday, June 12. The School Education Department clarified the change on Sunday, June 7, 2026, following multiple representations from stakeholders who requested reconsideration due to June 13 and 14 falling on a second Saturday and Sunday.
