West Virginia Education Leader Emphasizes Permanence of School Choice

West Virginia's Board of Education President, Paul Hardesty, has stated that school choice is a lasting policy in the state. He is encouraging public schools to become more responsive and accessible to families. Hardesty has also asked the Department of Education to review and remove outdated policies that hinder public schools' competitiveness for student enrollment.
