Michigan State University Trustees Approve Tuition Hike for Upcoming Academic Year

Michigan State University's Board of Trustees has voted to increase tuition by 3.99% for the 2026-27 academic year, adding approximately $740 to student costs. This decision follows a previous increase in housing and dining rates. The university is also currently engaged in negotiations with its faculty union.
