Southern Oregon University Plans Major Cuts to Programs and Staff Amid Financial Crisis

Southern Oregon University has proposed eliminating three undergraduate majors and approximately 66 full-time positions. This plan is a condition for receiving a $15 million funding injection from the Oregon Legislature, intended to stabilize the institution's finances.
