Idaho Enacts New Education Laws Affecting Students, Parents, and Funding

Idaho has implemented several new education laws, including a mandatory moment of silence for public school students, a requirement for public school officials to notify parents within 72 hours if a child identifies as a different gender, and cuts to the Idaho Launch program (reducing state aid for college-bound students) and the Idaho Digital Learning Alliance (IDLA) elementary program.
