Los Angeles Unified School District Approves Strict New Screen Time Limits for Students

The Los Angeles public school system, the nation's second-largest, has approved new rules to limit student screen time, banning it for the youngest learners and setting caps for older students, including for homework. The policy will be phased in starting in August.
