Report Highlights Declining Enrollment, Increased Spending, and Falling Test Scores in Pennsylvania Public Schools

A new report from the Commonwealth Foundation indicates that Pennsylvania public schools have seen a 7% decrease in student enrollment since 2019, while spending has increased and standardized test scores have fallen by 18.8% in PSSA and 21.6% in Keystone Exams since 2019.
