States Sue to Halt Federal Cuts to School Mental Health Grants

Oregon's Attorney General, along with 14 other state attorneys general, has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Education. The suit aims to prevent the Trump administration from ending congressionally approved school-based mental health grants by the end of July.
