Multiple States Sue Federal Education Department Over Mental Health Grant Cuts

Washington Attorney General Nick Brown, alongside 14 other states, has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Education. The legal action seeks to prevent the termination of congressionally approved school-based mental health grants, which could cost Washington schools over $20 million.
