School Committee, teachers' union sign new contract

The Weston School Committee and Weston Education Association officially signed a new contract on July 22, 2026, which includes pay increases, expanded sick and parental leave, increased elementary school teacher preparation time, and more summer coverage for guidance counselors. The agreement begins September 1 and expires August 2029, with union members receiving annual pay increases.
