Federal Perkins Loan Servicer Change – School Transition Information

The servicing of federally held Federal Perkins Loan Program loans will transition from ECSI Federal Perkins Loan Servicer to GCR Servicing, with an anticipated completion date of December 1, 2026. Schools are advised that ECSI will stop accepting new loan assignment submissions from October 1, 2026, and should hold any unsubmitted packets for submission to GCR after the transition.
