U.S. Department of Education Investigates Alleged Antisemitic Harassment at Two California Universities

The U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights (OCR) has launched investigations into San Jose State University (SJSU) and San Francisco State University (SFSU) following allegations of antisemitic harassment against students on campus. The OCR will determine if the universities violated Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
