Pennsylvania Offers Support to Students Unenrolled by Howard University

Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro and PASSHE are providing expedited admissions and financial aid support to over 500 state students recently unenrolled from Howard University for Fall 2026. Lincoln University is also offering tuition reductions and scholarships.
